Pay it Forward will be coming soon!  How it works is if there is a child dealing with an illness or struggling you may choose to pay for that child to receive a letter.  Currently, we are talking with several children hospitals and ironing out the details.

Q. When will the child receive their letter?

A. The letters will be sent out the first week of the month; some letters may take until the 2nd week of the month to arrive.

Q.  Can I purchase two subscriptions for siblings?

A. You sure can, but if want to  we can address one letter to two people in the same household.

Q. Can I change the category of letters the child is receiving.  

A. Yes, however you will need to email us to  confirm the change.

Q. My child is struggling with something, can I request a special letter?

A. Absolutely, for a small fee we will create a letter to help the child deal with a specific issue.

Q.  What language will the letter be written in.

A. At this point and time all letters will be done in English.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

Q. If I’m in a different country will the postage be the same?

A. Woodland Tree Mail will come from Canada.  If the recipient lives outside Canada or the US there will be an additional charge for postage.

As of August 2024 postage rates are:

Canada/US:  included in subscription price.

International:  $3.50 – Allow 10-15 days for delivery

Q. My child cannot read yet should I still purchase a subscription.

A. Absolutely, the letters are meant to shared with family members so a parent, grandparent or a sibling can read it to the child.
